Your booking is confirmed after payment and booking confirmation by Safarbaz Travel and Tourism -FZCO.
Booking & Payment
All tour bookings are subject to confirmation and availability. Once the booking is confirmed and payment has been received, the booking is non-refundable.
Travel Documents & Visa
Passengers are responsible for ensuring that they have a valid passport, visa or e-Visa where required, and all necessary travel documents before departure. Visa requirements depend on nationality. Safarbaz Travel can provide visa assistance as an additional service, but visa approval remains the responsibility of the relevant authorities.
Flights & Baggage
The international flight is included according to the tour program. Each traveler is entitled to 23 kg checked baggage and 8 kg cabin baggage, subject to the airline's applicable conditions. Flight schedules, departure times and routing may be changed by the airline.
Accommodation
The package includes accommodation in selected quality hotels. Standard accommodation is based on two people sharing a room. A Single Room Upgrade is available for an additional charge.
Tour Program
The tour is a group journey with a carefully planned program. The order and timing of activities may change when necessary due to operational, airline, weather, traffic or local conditions. Any changes will be made with the aim of maintaining the overall tour experience.
Included Services
The tour includes the services specifically listed in the Included section of this tour. Services or expenses not listed as included are not part of the package.
Travel Insurance
Travel insurance is not included in the tour package. We strongly recommend that all travelers arrange suitable travel insurance before the journey.
Personal Expenses
Personal expenses, optional activities, meals or services not specifically mentioned as included, and other individual expenses are the responsibility of the traveler.
Traveler Information
Passengers must provide accurate personal and travel information required for booking, flights, accommodation and visa processing. Safarbaz Travel is not responsible for problems resulting from incorrect or incomplete information provided by the traveler.
Group Travel
This is a group tour. Travelers should be comfortable with shared activities and traveling as part of a group. Travelers are expected to follow the agreed schedule and cooperate with the Tour Leader and other group members throughout the journey.
Cancellation & Refund Policy
Once the booking is confirmed and payment is made, the tour is non-refundable and cannot be cancelled.
